Who this applies to
The right of withdrawal is for consumers acting outside their trade or profession (EU Directive 2011/83). If you subscribed in a company's name with a VAT number, the statutory right does not arise; the cancellation and refund rules below still apply to you.
Period
The period is 14 days and starts the day after the subscription begins.
If the last day falls on a public holiday, the period extends to the end of the next working day.
How to withdraw
A clear statement is enough: write to info@coreeng.eu. You may use the form below but you do not have to — "I withdraw from my subscription" is sufficient.
It is enough that you SEND the notice before the 14 days expire; the date it reaches us does not matter.
We confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice by email without delay.

Refund
We refund what you paid no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund uses the same payment method you used and costs you nothing extra. Because payment is taken through Paddle, the refund appears via Paddle; depending on your bank it can take a few working days to show on your statement.
When the right ends
If you expressly request that we begin the service before the 14 days are up, and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, the right ends (Article 16(m) of the Directive).
You confirm this request and acknowledgement separately at checkout; without it, your access starts at the end of the 14 days. We keep a record — merely starting to use the service does not by itself extinguish the right.
Credit packs count as one-off digital content; once you start spending the credits, the right of withdrawal for that pack ends under the same rule.
Withdrawal is not cancellation
Withdrawal is specific to the first 14 days and comes with a refund. Cancellation is always available and takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; that period is not refunded.
