Scope
This statement covers the bidindex.eu website and web application in all language versions.
Compliance status
We aim for Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, which corresponds to the web content requirements of the EU harmonised standard EN 301 549.
The site is PARTIALLY compliant with this level: we do not claim full compliance until the gaps listed below are fixed.
Known gaps
There is no "skip to main content" link yet for keyboard users; the top navigation has to be tabbed through on every page.
Not every map, chart and dense data table has an equivalent text alternative yet.
In languages other than Turkish and English, tender, job and some site texts are machine-translated and may contain inaccuracies.
Tender documents (e.g. PDFs) and source portals linked from records belong to the issuing public bodies; their accessibility is outside our control.
Preparation of this statement
This statement is based on our own internal assessment; no independent accessibility audit has been carried out yet.

Feedback and contact
If you cannot access some content or function, write to info@coreeng.eu; telling us the page and any assistive technology you use (e.g. a screen reader) helps us respond faster.
Where possible we will provide the information in an accessible format, for example as plain-text email. We answer email on business days.
Enforcement authority
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the competent authority. In Hungary, compliance of e-commerce services offered to consumers with accessibility requirements is supervised by the consumer protection authority (fogyasztóvédelmi hatóság) — Act XVII of 2022 and Government Decree 605/2022. (XII. 28.), § 1(1)(f).
If you live in another EU country, you may also contact the authority enforcing the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) there.
